Exchange and Return
What is your return policy?
We only accept unused products in their original packaging. We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Can I exchange an item?

How can I initiate a return/exchange?
To initiate a return/exchange, please email us at care@domventas.com with the following details:
i) Write an email in detail about the reason behind the return/exchange.
ii) Mention your order ID in subject.
III) Attach photo of damaged product. You will need to send email with same the email address used for the purchase.
Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Yes, certain items such as personalized products, and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that we have the right to accept or reject your return/exchange request.
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
The return/exchange confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours.
- Collection will take place within 10 working days.
